Monticello Manor is a condominium complex consisting of five buildings comprising 16 units and 11 garages.  Built in 1953 in the neoclassical style, it converted from "own your owns" to condominiums in 2015. It contracted with the City of Pasadena's Mills Act to insure the restoration, preservation, and maintenance of this architecturally significant residence.  Additionally, Monticello Manor is located in one of the best areas of the city, adjacent to the Historic District of Old Pasadena.
